Refund policy

If you wish to cancel your order you have 14 days to do so from the date of receipt of goods. We would kindly ask that you contact us at sales@cooper.ie with your details so that we may be able to arrange collection of goods and refund.

Product return:
You have a maximum of 14 days after your withdrawal request to return the products.

Returned products must be in their original condition, accompanied by their original packaging.

Reimbursement:
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the products in their original condition.
